1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product bottle is damaged during delivery.
- A valid unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage.
2. How to Request a Return
Customers must email us at info@ashyafoods.com within 48 hours of delivery.
The email must include:
- Order ID
- Clear unboxing video showing the damage
- Images (if applicable)
3. Approval Process
- Once verified, our team will confirm the return/refund eligibility.
- Ashya Foods reserves the right to reject claims without sufficient proof.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Cases
- Opened or used products (unless damaged upon delivery)
- Claims without an unboxing video
- Requests made after the specified timeframe
