  • Returns are accepted only if the product bottle is damaged during delivery.
  • A valid unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage.

2. How to Request a Return

Customers must email us at info@ashyafoods.com within 48 hours of delivery.

The email must include:

  • Order ID
  • Clear unboxing video showing the damage
  • Images (if applicable)

3. Approval Process

  • Once verified, our team will confirm the return/refund eligibility.
  • Ashya Foods reserves the right to reject claims without sufficient proof.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Opened or used products (unless damaged upon delivery)
  • Claims without an unboxing video
  • Requests made after the specified timeframe
